Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. Keep getting Records Division junk letters addressed to my husband's ex-wife. They've been divorced for two decades and she never lived at our address. Recently I found out the letters may actually be addressed to me as the error-prone data brokers that provide personal info to Nuwber, MyLife, etc. have started saying her former married name may be one of my aliases. I found something online that suggests these Records Division letters are coming from Direct Mail Processing LLC. I've contacted them online through their website and by mail several times (returned the unopened junk mail to them with a note to stop sending the marketing mail), but after the most recent contact I made they've mailed another one. Resolution Sought Stop sending mail.

My situation is stiming from a someone [M. Lyles] that keeps falsely using my address. And because of the fact that I have recieved a letter from you all just today. Makes it alarming and open to fraud wherefore I demand that you correct your records. Resolution Sought I need you to drop all correspondence with person. And to recover whatever activity that has happened since such activity has been brought to your attention.
