Dirty rooms, poor customer service

Showed up on time for reservation room wasn't ready cause it was being cleaned. Get into room 225 and i almost get sick from musty smell.so checked heater and it was caked with inches of dust. Bathroom had no locking door toilet handle sometimes worked and pink and black mold on ceiling and tub surround..so called the front desk said the tell boss ..lol..yeah right i got a impersonal note and no offer to change rooms or a refund . i then had a maid yell at me in front of customers accusing me of smoking pot on property..well no i didn't it was my joint end and yes they stink but never thought i would be treated in such a manner by so many people representing a corp. Be so rude they banned me and my family cause the knew they were wrong...i feel very discriminated against and horribly disrespected .. Refund my in laws whole amount and req the management and employees to stop threaten me by banning me from a place i would never pay that amount 4 a sub par place I've been treated better at motel 6 and slum places ..i feel they deserve their money back and a lot of apologies
