BUG INFESTED AND FRAUDULENT FACILITY

I checked in on Wednesday Oct. 5th at 3:30pm at the hotel went back to work return to hotel that night got to the room and cut on lights roaches were in bathroom and room ceiling and in refrigerator. I checked out on Oct. 6th at 7:45am that morning. When I got my bill it said I never checked out, so I contact the hotel no answer, so I contact the corporate office on Saturday, they contact the owner he said I was there but I had already had another hotel. I went on Monday the 10th the own Mr.Patel told me that he had to talk to his employee who checked me out but that employee didn't come in until Tuesday. He refused to talk to Priceline whom was on the phone. He stated he could only refund me the two days.
