Red Roof Inn Flint

I don't know what to do about this matter? I was refunded my money. but I feel an apology is in order.

I went to a Red Roof Inn last night and for Jacuzzi room with King size bed, got to room and there's no Jacuzzi and the room hadn't been cleaned. So, I called front desk and told them. They said they Don't Jacuzzi rooms at Red Roof. So, I said, but the rooms not clean and lady just got very disrespectful. So, I'm with pregnant fiancé who had to use restroom before we leave then, rung and said if your in the room 5 mins the police were going to come put us. She's just rude. I understand about the misunderstanding about the Jacuzzi, but simple apology just would've been in order. An un-cleaned room during a pandemic is ridiculous or any other time. And, to be treated so horrible had my pregnant fiancé totally upset. I've owned my on business for 20 yrs as an owner and have stayed in thousands of motels and never been treated this way and I Don't treat anyone like that.
