Hotel very nasty!

Hotel very nasty elevator about broken and smells like urine the room had bed bugs and roaches and spiders in the shower was damaged the sockets in the room were no good the back door was damaged the carpet was nasty and dirty underneath the bed was horrible the refrigerator was nasty the coffee machine was nasty I acts management about what they could do as far as treating my clothes and offering me some of my money back so I can find another room and she refused I asked her for a report and she refused me one I asked her for higher management name and phone number and she wouldn't give it to me she said her boss told her to take herself out of the equation we had to sleep in the truck until we can find a room somewhere else she then called the cops and the cops did not escort us off the premises but was very understanding and actually did a report for me I don't recommend anybody stays there they offered us another room but it was nasty as well we stayed in room 502 where it feels like the concrete it's unstable and about to collapse the swimming pool was even nasty the coffee pot in the main lobby was dirty and the sugar and cream jar was nasty please help me do something about this I have reached out to news stations the fire department needs to go over there and check out the sockets in the elevator and I would like to have some of my money back we had to throw away clothes that still had price tags on them and suitcases I have videos and photos.
