Bill the property owner is very disrespectful to his customers it's ongoing disrespect he pulls gun on my boyfriend recently like a few weeks ago he does not care about his customers he's very unprofessional he rents out hourly rooms for 25 dollars an hour he over charge for the rooms 46 dollars for a one bed and 50 dollars for a 2 bed a night and the rooms doesn't have a telephone anything could happen majority of the rooms don't have heat or microwaves the rooms have bed bugs especially in room 112 some of the rooms doesn't have TV's he doesn't have proper cleaning supplies for his employers they don't use Lysol covid is to bad he does not sanitize these rooms at all he cut off the light switch in the room after he takes your money for rent which you n him had an agreement on payment the rooms have mold n bed bugs and he's aware of it all he doesn't care at all when u tell him about it he jus says okay windows are shattered mold is in room 117 inside the couch he doesn't even have a vaccum cleaner for his workers they have to sweep the floor with a broom he pays some of them under the table 3 dollars a room he's very unprofessional bill is a sd exscuse for a buisness owner he lied on his ppp Loan application that he has 11 employees this hotel goes by 2 names gateway inn and relax inn he got a PPP loan for both of those buisness names and Yazoo city Ms does not have a gateway inn hotel at all he's very rude he lives here at the hotel he doesn't answer the phone
