Believed I was scammed into sending money from coinbase to trust wallet. Told I can take the money out as much as I would like. And now I can't take out the money I put in. They said that I have to pay them. 10 of what's in there to retrieve it out which sounds like a scam also. Resolution Sought I would like to be refunded my 181,480.79 so that I can send it back to coinbase to get my money into my bank account.

This problem shall serve the purpose of relaying my concerns to you and your team detailing the ordeal I have been through. My life is in shambles set in motion by the impact of what has happened to me. I have provided every piece of information to support my claim and I still believe that Trust Wallet bears responsibility for my calamity in relation to this case, according to my analysis, their complaint view was impartial and unfair, as the Trust Wallet seems to be deviating from the law by invoking "fair and reasonable" circumstances while they should instead try to protect consumers by being the only authority other than the court considering cases like mine. My Trust Wallet account was hacked by Adam Green (The ''Scammer''). By engaging in the conduct described herein, directly or indirectly, knowingly and/or recklessly, particularly by failing to do enough to combat financial crime, I have reaped the benefits of allowing myself and possibly many others to transfer money to the scammer, causing actual harm to a significant number of people. Retaining the said monetary benefits, as a result of the Trust Wallet misconduct alleged herein, is unconscionable and against the fundamental principles of justice. Trust Wallet received approximately $20,000.00 USD in commission for each transaction completed by the scammer. If they unknowingly aid criminal behavior and you remain impartial after learning of it, you are considered to be obstructing justice. Thank you for your help Resolution Sought I would like the Company to put things in the right perspective by investigating my case and settling my claim with them, I'm currently living on a streets because of the ordeal I have been through (bankruptcy); please help me recover my dignity and keep my life going. Thank you so much for your help.
