I wired $6000 to 123 Auto Sale bank account in Pittsburgh for a car purchase. I was told the car cost includes shipping. I got a surprise email from CARGO LOGISTICS that I have to pay a refundable insurance fee of over $9000.00 which I was not told about from the beginning. I refused to pay it and another bill they are adding to the insurance. I asked for a refund and the sales rep told me he is working on it then he blocked me on WhatsApp. Resolution Sought I would like to get back my money of $6000.00 as soon as possible.

On November 13th, 2023, I entered into a purchase agreement with this company, a car dealer, for the acquisition of a Kia Sportage SUV. A down payment of $4,700, constituting 50 of the total purchase price, was remitted in good faith. I have all the purchase receipts and wire transfers. However, to my dismay, despite the passage of a reasonable amount of time, the vehicle has neither been shipped nor received. It was agreed that upon delivery, I would pay the other 50. The cargo company that this care dealer used without consulting me, charged $6.000 as insurance which was agreed to be paid by the car dealer. I am living in Aruba, Dutch Caribbean. They sent me fake shipping documents and the car was never delivered. The car is still posted for sale in their Facebook page. I am looking to recover my money and need any help you can assist me with Resolution Sought Give me the money back or the car I bought in perfect condition. I am 100 willing to pay the other 50 as soon as the car is delivered, as initially agreed.
