Called 1800battery on Memorial weekend May. Dispatched tech to my house to install battery in 2017 Corvette . Broke antenna when doing the install. The repair requires removing my rear bumper to resolve problem. They are not responding to my demand letter for the damage they caused. I sent certified demand letter( return receipt received) no reply from them. Resolution Sought Want the $1205.37 to take care of problem which they created . Bad business. Please help me recover my loss.
