After having a good experience with my battery replacement, the company "accidentally" charged me an additional $100 service fee 10 days after my service. I've been calling them constantly for a MONTH and still have not received a refund. I did get an email from them that the charge was "cancelled" but the refund has not been issued.. beware of fraudulent charges being snuck in days/weeks after your service. And you will never be refunded…

NEED A BATTERY SOON?! AVOID THIS COMPANY

NEED A CAR BATTERY REPLACED IN A TIMELY MANNER?! DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY! Purchased and booked a battery the afternoon of 11/29 for delivery 11/30 between 8-10 am….got confirmation email THEN CRICKETS. Called the customer service number at 10 am waited for 30 minutes on hold for the customer service to tell me he will be there at 2 pm. IF YOU KNEW THAT COULDNT YOU HAVE REACHED OUT TO ME TO LET ME KNOW! It's coming up on 2 pm now NO CONTACT FROM THE DELIVERY DRIVER "Dre" NOR MY BATTERY! Could you imagine if you were stranded on the side of the road in the cold?! THANK GOD MY CAR IS IN MY PARKING LOT! Wasted an entire day of my time for their "speedy delivery and install" when I could have already towed my car to a service garage and replaced the battery faster than your "roadside service" BUYER BEWARE! Total waste of money and time! Oh and don't bother using their "text message us" crap they don't respond AT ALL! Stay on the 1-800 line and wait because it's the only response you're gonna get. After calling for the 3rd time today it's now gonna be 4 pm they tell me! TOTAL RIP-OFF AND FALSE PROMISES
