The Flowers I ordered were shown to be in a nice Vase yet when they were delivered to my girlfriend they were in a box. A box? Really!? I had also requested that they absolutely needed to be delivered by 1:00 pm. It showed that request on the confirmation I was sent. The man on the phone said "Okay your all set". I even called that morning to confirm that they would indeed be delivered by 1:00 pm. I was told that morning that they were scheduled to be delivered between 10:00 Am and 1:00 pm.1:00 pm came and went and my girlfriend had not received her flowers yet. As a result, she had to wait around the school where she works for 3 hours and cancel a doctor appointment for later that day. This made her special day really s*ck. 1 800 FLOWERS TOTALLY DROPPED THE BALL ON THIS ONE AND I WANT A FULL REFUND ORDER # W01005870479406 ORDER DATE 8/15 DELIVERY DATE 8/18 Resolution Sought I want a full refund of $71.99

I made an order with Cheryl's Cookies then spoke with someone from 1 800 flowers who fraudulently charge my credit card $22.98 when she assured me there would be no charge to resolve an issue, I had with your free 6 cookies advertisement flyer on page 10 of your catalog. Her name is Shiva. She did this without my permission!!! I have tried in vain to reach a manager but seems there aren't any! Only more customer service people who are eager to be rude and fraudulent. I signed up for your passport program allowing me to have free shipping for a year However, that also was a false advertisement. Resolution Sought Have a real manager call me about this situation! Credit me back the $22.98!!!! And teach your people not to steal or do fraudulent transaction with customers cards. I will put a poor review out there!!! I wish there was a minus star because your company is despicable!
