Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. Looking over their online catalog I found a flower arrangement for someone birthday. The flowers were colorful and the picture and info said a balloon in a shape of a birthday cake. I ordered it. My friend received it snd sent a picture. Yhe flowers were dull and cheap looking and just a plain birthday balloon. Called the company with a promise the replacement order would be as picture. Guess what the flowers were not fresh and the wrong balloon. To me that is false advertising. Never again. In the past they were excellent. Resolution Sought Stop false advertising and put in on your online catalog that they will send what they want.

I placed a strawberry covered ordered for one of my special friends to be delivered on her birthday 2/22. The order never arrived . I reached out to customer service and they were very sorry but they couldn't find the order. While we were taking the order arrived, but some of the cover of the strawberries in the package were melted. The company wanted to reimbursed me for only the delivery. Resolution Sought I want the company to reimburse me for the whole order for their negligence.
