Time and money spent for repairs that was highly recommended by #1COCHRAN that was supposed to fix and resolve my engine light problem, 2020 I paid to have the coils replaced weeks later the light came back on. Went back for that and to have a headlight bulb replaced, that they damaged the entire assembly. They told me someone tried to replace the headlight and broke the whole assembly. I only take my car to them for everything. No one else works on my car. They told me to replace it will cost $2200.00 and the reason for my engine light is on is I needed a new fuel injector. I had the feul injector done 7/2021 $3400 they had my car 45 days, doing all the repairs they recommended. They did inspection, omissions and diagnostic on my vehicle.. I picked my car, was told everything was done and I shouldn't have anymore more issues it runs like a new car, and the works done was under a 12 month warranty. 5 months later on 12/31/2021 My engine light came on, the car started to shake while driving than stalled. I called them got in on 1/3/2022 in less hen 2 hours I was told I needed a timing belt at the cost of $7,333.00 My car is in worst shape after the faulty mechanical work, the lies and the scam they ran on me. They are dishonest, charges outrageous prices for faulty repairs on my car, which is a necessity and not a luxury for me. They disrespect you, by telling lies, damaging your cars themselves and charge you. My engine light is still on and my car is damaged. Resolution Sought Refund my money, for the recommended repairs they charged that would resolve my problems. My car is in worst shape now than before, I have no other choice now, but to purchase a newer car, and I need my money back.

Thank you for reaching out to us. The complainant has been a customer of Cochran Volkswagen since May 11, 2018. At this time the vehicle, a 2013 Volkswagen CC, was documented to have 54,976 miles. The next visit June 04, 2020, and 69378 miles Technician reviewed vehicle for a Check engine light concern and completed a replacement of a coil pack and spark plugs. Also, at this time Technician reviewed Headlamp and found whole assembly was damaged and unable to retain bulb. Customer declined repair, stated her brother was a mechanic and would handle this repair, repair order 291565-line K. The following visit for the check engine light being on the technician found that fuel pressure was leaking from fuel injectors. The technician suggested to replace a fuel injector and review intake manifold for carbon build up. This failure was unrelated to any previous repairs completed by Cochran Volkswagen. Customer declined repairs at this time. The vehicle returned July 23, 2021, to have the injector repair completed. Repairs were completed, vehicle was test driven to verify repairs. Customer returned on January 4,2022 to have the vehicle reviewed for vehicle running rough and check engine warning light flickering. The Technician reviewed the vehicle and found that the camshafts and crankshaft were out of time with each other by 7 degrees. An estimate was provided to repair the engine timing and customer declined at this time. Please find stated above an accurate timeline and a list of suggested or completed repairs for customer's 2013 Volkswagen CC. Although warning lights were activated, the faults/repairs of the vehicle are not related repairs and certainly not created by any Team Member of the Cochran organization.
