I recently purchased a 2021 Nissan Rogue from #1 Cochran Kia. It was pouring down rain so I didn't notice the dent or blemish as they referred to it until a few days later. I reached out to the dealership and the manager had the salesperson reach out to me instead of himself and told her that they marked the car down $2000 due to the blemish, but this was not disclosed or reported. The car also has a clean Carfax with no accidents. I am angry that they would not disclose this or repair before selling. The salesperson was not even aware herself and was very apologetic. Resolution Sought I would like the dent/blemish repaired.
