Bad Gel Nails manicure. Gel application fell off the nails 2 days later while I was out of town (I live in CT). As soon as I got back from California I went to #1 Nails, Manchester CT to claim a credit for a new set of gel nails. I presented a dated picture of my hands and the detached gel applications and the manager vehemently refused my request for a new set of gel nails or a credit for $40.00. PS: I have the dated and location (California) pictures available on request. Resolution Sought Give me a refund of $40.00, or a credit to a new set of gel nails.
