They charged my debit card instead of my credit card without my authorization.

I purchase a dinette set. I explained I want it on my credit card, not debit. The set was 299.00. I am not blaming all of this because of my age 78. I said put 250.00 on it. I put my card in for 250. I signed not knowing I signed debit. Next thing I was told I had 158.00 dollars taken out without my knowing, they had me sign debit that was removed from my account. I did not read the fine print till I went home. I called and asked how can they remove 158.00 off my card without me going to the machine to let them take it. They said I automatically agreed because the receipt they gave me was legal. I wanted my 158.00 back. They said they would give it back, but COD on delivery. I am not looking for a refund, I think other people would be scammed on their card.
