Customer Complaint

Made a deposit of 27,000.00 for a room addition and bathrooms remodeling 8/3/2021. The company stated the project would be finished by the end of November 2021. They haven't started yet as of Dec. 1 of 2021. We reached out to see what the hold up was. We were told that they waiting on the building permits. We checked Gaston County building permitting and the health department for septic inspection for our resident, none had been applied for. So we reached out to the Company and they stated the person that was in charge of starting this process was hurt and they wasn't aware of it. So, they said they were going to find someone else to continue the process. Still no progress or results. Resolution Sought Return our deposit and we will find another company for this room addition and remodeling.
