I requested Carfax they did not give me it. Started it was with paperwork. I did not sing any agreement for the Carfax. I have all paperwork. I was being pushed out the door with this vehicle. I recently tried to trade it in and the new dealership stated there we 2 accidents on this vehicle one being front and side impact with no airbag deployed. I believe I was suckered into a higher price the what the vehicle was worth at the time of sale and I'd like some type of payment on this car maybe 10,000 off this car and the trade in value for it was only 8,000 so I'm loosing. State law in every state states a Carfax is supposed to be handed to the potential car buyer Resolution Sought Pay 10,000 on this damaged car that the value is at 8000.

Purchase of a vehicle that has multiple problems, including safety concerns. Management is unresponsive to concerns and unwilling to resolve issues. Has not issued tags for vehicle. Resolution Sought Make repairs to vehicle at no cost.
