They took my computer to fix and I payed $80.00. I checked in starting every couple of weeks and then months after being turned away multiple times. They had it for one year and two months costing me approximately $600-$8,000 per month for photography as my computer is where I do my editing. All I'm asking for is a refund of what I payed to them amd the computer they broke even more. I have a police report made as they tried to keep my computer upon me letting them know my lawyer told me not to sign their form with the fineprint stating my computer was acceptable when it wasnt. Cops came after I called and they gave me my computer but no refund and ruined the computer more. It does not work and will cost more to fix than when I dropped it off to them. I'd like to purchase the same computer and get a full refund. I purchased this from Best buy with serial number. From there he tried saying I dropped my computer which was not true. It fell backwards while based on the carpeted floor of my living room. The man is a liar and a crook. Resolution Sought Refund along with the cost of my brand new computer for replacement from Best buy where I purchased it.
