I attended truck driving school in July 2022. They had more automatic trucks & 2 manual trucks to train in. They told the students who couldn't fit to train in the manual trucks that we could come back at a later date & pay $100 & train in the manual truck to get the manual restriction off our license. I called so I could attend & get the restriction off my license & Nita told me it would be $2250. Other previous students called as well, they told us all different prices. I have been calling the corporate office since October they keep saying someone will get back with me with 24-72 hours & no one ever calls me back. I spoke with someone named Brittany (on a Thursday) she said she said if I don't hear from her by the next Tuesday to call her back on her direct line. I have been calling leaving voicemails with no return phone call still. I paid $4900 out of pocket to attend this school. I would like to be trained on the manual or my money back. I can not get a good paying job with a manual restriction. Resolution Sought I would like to be trained & able to take my manuals test or I would like my money back.
