I scheduled for one 800 Got Junk to come to my residence on September 16, 2023 when the two gentlemen arrive I told I took them downstairs to my basement. I told him the stuff that I needed to be removed. The material was 10 pieces of sheet rock, blocks of old woods ,old floor tiles, old table, camera recorder, dresser furniture with the drawers, metal wardrobe. My complaint with this company is about my missing classic record collection. I had those in my possession since I move in this home since 1996. Those records albums disappeared on September 16,2023 I didn't realize those records albums was missing until the month of December 2023. I contacted the company concerning this issue that occurred on that day when the worker came I told Mr. John I know they took my albums I had those albums since I move in my home I told him that .He said to me why I waited until 3 months that went by I told him if I knew they took my albums that same day I would had call. So he was telling me his workers didn't take my records . The company isn't trying to help resolve anything about this problem so I hope that I can get help on this matter. Resolution Sought I would like them to tell me what happened to my record classic albums, also they need to show me the inventory, they need to reimburse me.
