I paid 1800 accountant over $3000 to do our tax services. When I spoke with their salesman he said they were an all inclusive service that could explain everything, would be helpful as I don't know what can and can't be deducted, could do the payroll, has a tax attny on staff if get audited. They were supposed to do 2 years of taxes. Didn't do any, didn't do payroll unless I paid another few thousand, put me in a terrible situation, didn't keep planned phone meetings, if the call was lost - wouldn't call back, hardly ever returned my calls, now says they will not refund my money because their policy is only to do refunds in the first 30 days. How would you know they were going to be fraudulent and negligent on a service that takes a year to accomplish in the first 30 days after paying?! Resolution Sought Return my money. I'd give less than a 1 star rate if I could.
