I had new soffits installed, on 3 Occasions in the first year we endured a mild wind storm. I called, Hanson's came out and made repairs, the gentleman that came out stated that the soffits will continue to blow off, because the gutters needs to be replace. He said this job is horribly done, that the soffits we just tucked under, For 5000.00 I thought included the gutters. Resolution Sought My home looks a mess, I paid for a job, no one takes my call, I leave message no one get back to me. Just make it right, 5000.00 dollars refunded or the job done completely.

This contract #286355 was in the amount of $9,705.00 and a deposit to begin ordering material and install in the amount of $4,559.00 was paid and agreed to on 04/08/2019 The contract was for the installation of some aluminum trim and soffits. It also included eight custom made to size vinyl replacement windows . The installation of the exterior trim and soffit was completed in August-September 2019. A minor service was done 08/24/20 although Ms. Williamson was in breach of contract and, refused the delivery and installation of the eight custom made vinyl replacement windows . She has adamantly refused any further opportunity to install and, refused the balance of payment due per the contract terms and agreement between all parties which includes" payment upon substantial completion." Our warranty is only in effect when the contract in allowed to be completed and paid in full. The minor service was done but was a mistake and considered a courtesy as the order was still in breach by Ms. Williamson. The following entry was made on 04/06 2022 Hamlin Erica Ms Williamson submitted a storm damage report and asked for service 4/6/2022 Hamlin, Ericka 10:37:14 AM Support Ticket Submitted: mrs called in and left vm stating her shingles and soffit flew all over her yard i called mrs back and left v The roof that was damaged in the windstorm and was not a Hansons product and, any storm damage to material such as the trim and soffit would not be covered by the warranty, as it is a Home owner insurance issue and it part of the terms and conditions of the contract had that been "valid" and, the remainder of the contracted product be allowed to be installed and ,full contract payment made and Ms. Williamson not breached the contract. Hansons reserves the right to legal relief ,but have not proceeded with legal collection action. The contract is "A DO NOT SERVICE" 1800 Hansons has always stood ready willing and able to attend to its obligations on a valid warranty when a part of a valid contract.
