I purchased and as is car with the claim that being as is meaning no malfunctions in the car working in tip top shape I then come to discover that the car has multiple malfunctions both mechanical electronic and the dealership won't even accommodate to try and help me fix any of this nor do they take responsibility for the violation of the as is contract stating that as is meaning the car is fully operational and 100 drive ready. The car can't even pass Maryland safety inspection. I need to register the car in Maryland. Resolution Sought I would like the car to fix to pass Maryland state safety test.
