Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. I bought a catalytic converter/exhaust manifold with oxygen sensors. The catalytic converter/exhaust manifold works fine but the oxygen sensors malfunctioned 12 days after installing. 1A Auto said that the sensors don't fit my car that they sold me and there's nothing they can do. I verified beforehand that these sensors do fit the car. This is supposed to have a lifetime warranty and they are not honoring it. Resolution Sought I would like new oxygen sensors that I paid for.

You did provide a refund of $21 and some change. However, locally the oxygen sensors are $40+. My car has run rough and sputtered because according to your csr's the wrong sensors were included with the catalytic converter/exhaust manifold. They made no attempt to fix the situation. My partner had to call and Heather finally agreed to send another sensor. This situation shouldn't have happened. I shouldn't have had to go through multiple people or make a phone call. This is poor business practice and it's not appreciated. I've been restoring this car piece by piece and I had hoped to use you in the future. I would have recommended everyone else I know that works on their cars to your site. Based on this experience and your csr's handling of the situation that won't be happening. I'm concerned that if the struts or catalytic converter/exhaust manifold develop a defect that the supposedly has a lifetime warranty won't be honored.
