I got behind on my title loan due to medical procedures I was having. The Mgr of the title loan Co started threatening to take me to court and offered to settle my loan for $300. This same Mgr stated in front of a customer that her co. Was suing me. Resolution Sought I am 79 and this has caused me stress to where I had to get medical help. I am 70 and live on a small soc sec ck. I think the Mgr threatening me and then stating this in front of customers is serious invasion of privacy act. I would be satisfied if Mgr of 1st capitol in Clover sent me my car title Fer what she did. My car engine is blown and Trans slips.
