We have several complaints about this garage. And it IS affiliated with Express auto credit which we just filed a separate complaint about. This garage does the oil changes on my car FOR express auto credit corp. Oil changes are covered for the life of the loan (as long as we have to be paying on the car). When we bought our car a year ago yesterday it drove like new no electrical or mechanical issues. Since the 1st time we went for the 1st covered oil change the car has been breaking down little by little. That is the #1 clear cut sign that the mechanics either don't know what they're doing OR they did wrong to my car now several times on purpose. We took the car in for an oil change one of the several times we've had to and they have left things not tight enough, loose, I hear banging now BADLY. This all always occurs following trips to this garage. The dealership said when I shared my concern said and I quote "we aren't affiliated with them" in an obvious effort to deflect. Thing is, if you do NOT go there for what's covered the dealership won't cover it. That IS exactly what affiliation is. So, do we or don't we have a major issue here? Resolution Sought Make it right. We have to pay on this car and this is ridiculous. It is currently dead in a parking lot in the next town. But they sure do want their money....
