Bought a used car from this place. Was told it was about 100.00 to fix. Turns out to be about a 2000.00 problem. Felt like I was lied to just to make a sale. Asked for a refund, claimed the money was already spent but offered a title loan on the car just purchased. Why can they pay for a title loan but not refund. Even after showing him what two separate mechanics claimed was the issues with the car the dealer still claimed both mechanics were wrong. Resolution Sought Would like a refund or at least pay for repairs.

Here at 1st Choice Automotive cars are sold AS-IS, and before purchasing I recommended to you and your daughter to test drive the vehicle which you all declined. I explained to you all the issue that the vehicle had and made it known to the best of my knowledge. We're not here to rip any of our customers off, but only to give our customers the best deals, and customer service. Once again I apologize for this mishap.

I am not satisfied with their response. He told me as is, but when we purchased the vehicle he told me and multiple witnesses it was just a transmission flush. We had to replace the alternator, which wasn't even brought up that it would need a new one. And we still have to replace the transmission. We shouldn't have to pay for something we weren't aware of. There should be an unfair trade act that can help me with this problem in the state of South Carolina. This was all in the first 30 days of owning the vehicle.
