I purchased a portable oxygen concentrator from this company and paid 2795.00 with a warranty in February of 2022, leas than 6 months old I called the company to inform them that it's starting to throw a code " compressor failure " they asked me to take out the battery and all hoses off let sit for 2 hours and see what it does after attaching the battery and hoses back it still throws the same code they then told me to send it back to them when I asked for a loaner they said I would have to pay for a loaner. Why it's still under warranty. And I'm still waiting for a call back from my salesman. From 5 days ago. Resolution Sought Rectify my problem by repairing mine or replace it its only 5 month old . This basically breaths for Me.

Thank you for contacting us about your concerns. I do apologize that you are having trouble with your unit. We do our best to ensure that all of our customers have the best quality products. When problems do arise, we do have a process set in place to troubleshoot with our customers and their units to ensure that in fact it does need repair. These steps are needed to make sure that we do not send in for repair if it can be fixed with a bit of troubleshooting over the phone. We will be more than happy to send your unit in for repair with the manufacturer. During that time we do have a loaner option with a Flat fee for the duration of time that your unit is out for repair. If you would like to send your unit in for repair and elect to use our loaner program, we are happy to assist you. Please call at your earliest convenience. I purchased Inogen G5 POC from LPT Medical got defective machine which was replaced by LPT medical This unit also turned out defective. I did not used these units because of abnormal beeping sound all the time on turning the unit. Now LPT medical insist to pay for filter. If I did not use the defective unit why to pay for any part they refuse for 3 year warranty Resolution Sought I want either refund my money or provide new non defective unnit
