Put this payday loan in a installment plan so it will be easier in paying them back. Someone please help I am in a hardship financial

I pay bills that I have with them. In the past I am in a hardship financial situation it gets harder to pay them. I have asked them for help I was always turned for everything. I have a payday loan with them of 275.00. If they would let me pay this in installments it would help but they want allow this. I wanted to refinance so I could pay this 275.00 my answer was no. And if it's late they charge me interest. I cannot win for losing I need help and they keep pushing this pay day loan on me. If they put it in a installment I can pay them the 275.
