Predatory lender with incompetent book keeping. Filed 2 missed payments against my credit due to their incompetence. The day I paid off my loan they filed a 30 day late against my credit as well which is not correct . Upon reaching out to them they refuse to acknowledge their wrong doing . I have disputed the claim against my credit and am actively pursuing legal council to address this matter. Resolution Sought Admit their wrong doing and incompetent book keeping . Make it right and remove these false claims against my credit.

Company states; We have reviewed all the tradelines for the referenced name and do not find where a payment was reported late. If you would like us to investigate further, we will need the full account number and payment dates in question. We have a legal obligation to report account information to the credit bureaus accurately and completely so that potential creditors and employers can get a true picture of the credit history.
