Answer my calls and treat me like a human being

I applied for a consolidated loan back in November 2019 they said it takes 30 days I kept calling from time to time. December passed they said January now its February 2020. I called and they said they would call back in which they did not. They were rude in not calling back. That happened twice. They keep giving me the run around. All those girls are rude.
