Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. If they are considering doing business with the company, consumers can use this indicator to forecast the likelihood of having their issues addressed if a problem arises. CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

I understand I owe a loan and told then I will pay the loan in full. I understand them calling me everyday when they open but they are crossing the line when they looked me up on Facebook and they are now harassing my family..even family I don't talk to. It has gotten way out of hand. It's bad enough they call me every single morning before my infant son wakes up but calling people I did NOT list and calling them every day is ridiculous. They know they are being harassing. They are the most unprofessional loan company I've ever went through. People should be aware of how much they could go through over just a 1000$ loan! My payment was late a few days and they have contacted people I don't even know or talk to. They call my mom everyday and another family member have nothing to do with. How unprofessional can they get?? They actually looked me up on Facebook and went through my list to see which people they could harass. Something should be done about them. Resolution Sought I want them to stop harassing people I don't have anything to do with. Stop stalking my Facebook page and stop calling my family. I only listed my mother on the application. They should not and do not have permission to contact other people.
