My car was repossessed on Monday, March 11, 2024. I had scheduled a payment to be made from my debit card from my bank account on March 1, 2024. They didn't take the payment because they used my old expired card. I didn't realize it didn't go through and soon as I did I scheduled another payment for tomorrow March 14, 2024! They are saying I'm 86 days past due when they do not believe I am! I have made several payments and if they would have took the debit from the correct card my payment would have went through! I have tried calling and talking to anybody to help but I can't get through. Any time I am able to speak to someone they tell me I need to speak to a different department! Resolution Sought I would like the company to give my car back as I have had to miss two days of work without my car.
