I have been calling your credit union for three weeks and have not received a call back. I left a message for Manager, "Theresa", but she never returned my call. I've only been given many excuses why she is not available. If she's not available, someone who is should return my call. I need to speak with someone regarding my deceased mother's account. I'm listed on her account and this was verified when she was alive; then I was told I wasn't on the account. I'm trying to find out if the account is still open because my brother is the other trustee on the account and I'm not able to get any information from him, so I'm contacting the credit union directly. I would appreciate a call back from someone of authority who can assist me! Resolution Sought Please contact me about my mother's account.
