I ordered through Walmart.com but this company 21 ways kinnect LLC. is a third party that sells through them. The app said it was delivered when it was not so I reached out and they gave me a new date of arrival. When it still did not come their manager sent me an email saying it was labeled wrong in shipping and that I would get a refund. That's fine that's what I wanted at that point anyway. However, after that I asked when I could expect the refund with no response. Over a week later I asked again and still no response. Now, about a month later I still have no refund and no product. I even tried to reach out to Walmart with no response from them. I can live without $55, but Walmart should definitely remove them as a seller and they should be investigated because I'm sure I'm not the first. Resolution Sought Refund the money they said they would.
