Went to apply for a home loan for 21st mortgage loans they put All My credit bureau reports For me And put All bureau For Ms. reese credit bureau reports information And The problem have with 21st mortgage loans they didn't approves both of us appy For a home loan and what I'm mad they do uses fair because made both uses credit bureau reports really badly now we are going to have really bad times to get a place because of 21,St mortgage putting both of credits bureau reports information you need to fixed it because your employee's did both of us worng by street from both of us by not tell both before we appy For a Lamplighter Park that why your employee's steal from both of us your employees waste both of times by not tell me before we appy For it not Fair your employee's didn't tell both of us before The appy was filling out the application out And, apply and The fee was given to Lamplighter Park The fee money for The appy fee too The lamplighter Park i didn't like your employees didn't tell uses both if we got it or not i didn't like that from all of your employee's thdt why you waste both of us Time by taking both of money from both of us Resolution Sought I won't you to pay both of us,,50millionsDollars All ever both uses problem from All of the employees problem that we didn't get nothing from everyone And that is not fair for both uses that you streal from both of us because need both uses money that we gave you because Your going broke.

I have been sick with Covid a couple times and had other health issues that I was hospitalized. I make my payment every month even though at times it's not in the due date. In the years I have had my account with them I have been late over 30 days once or twice and I have had my account for almost 9 years now. I can't help things happen in life and are uncontrollable. They always give me a hard time and lecture when I call my payment in to them and try to make me feel like a horrible person which isn't how customer service and a good company should do to someone. I HATE even speaking to anyone from that company due to their rudeness, and hateful ways of speaking to me. My actual rep for my account with them Shavinna isn't bad to deal with but everyone else there is horrible and rude!!!! There is absolutely NO reason for a company to make someone feel this way or speak to them like they do me which is bull!!! I have dealt with them for a long time and it has always been this way with this company and I am sick and tired of it. Resolution Sought Stop being so rude, mean and hateful and just take my payment and for me not to have to listen to their crap when I make a payment. Also not to call every so many days and send emails all the time. I will pay my payment when o have the money to do so!!!! And that is done on a monthly basis even though it isn't on the due date itself. I am sure there are customers that done even pay their mortgage but I do. It's ridiculous how they treat me so I know it's all of their customers they do this way
