They sold me a house 2 years ago and refused me a home inspection and now that the trailer park had to come do plumbing its found that they never hooked my bathroom shower up underneath the trailer now it's got my floor all soft and rotten this is my second report about this company I don't care how desperate you are for a home don't buy through them they take advantage of the low income if I was given the opportunity to have an inspection done I'd known about this way sooner before damage was done. Resolution Sought Fix the problem the right way or let my plumber fix it.

I have my mobile home financed through them I got behind when I got covid the first time I got everything caught up with them till April 1st 2024 and I'm paying that note today they call me twice a day at least two or three times a week they want to know where my other money is spent what bills I owe when our income tax came in they were letting me pay half a note and then in 2 weeks pay the other half but we're arguing about that now because they say they didn't agree to that they harass me all the time and personally I'm just sick of it sick of it I'm not behind I'm just late I feel like they should have charged me a late fee this month and let me be instead they call me all the time asking me my personal business which they had no right to know as far as I'm concerned I just want them to stop calling me let me pay my house note I don't intend on letting this house go back I'm going to pay them they're getting their money and then they refused money last week when I tried to pay them it wouldn't take it it wouldn't accept it. I also have a 4-year-old grandbaby that lives with me this keeps me so upset at all times that it's affecting how I'm taking care of her and this is ridiculous Resolution Sought Not to call me anymore on the phone I'm going to pay my house note every month for two and a half years I paid it two weeks in advance I got behind now that harassed me all the time I want them to stop harassing me
