Not Happy

I will not use this service again. I processed my Heavy Highway Road tax and when I received my schedule 1 It was for the previous year which I already paid for the previous year, With Them. I reached out to 2290tax support and was advised that I had to request a refund from the IRS by downloading, filling out, and mailing in form 8849 to the IRS. The last 5 years I've paid my heavy highway tax through 2290tax. This experience was enough to make me switch services. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SERVICE.

Jeanie was great and easy to talk to and she stood by my side until the work was done. I Googled for this service and chose them because when I called they said they could finish job right away.

2290Tax.com were wonderful! When I called, I had never done business with them before. I called at closing time desperately needing to get my 2290 done before I had to go out of town.
