I had prebooked and prepaid for an airport pick-up from LAX on the evening of February 16, 2024 (reservation confirmation #66812), but the company cancelled the booking at the last minute allegedly "due to an unforeseen situation beyond [their] control", and promised to refund the prepaid amount $69.00 within 10 business days. But despite numerous reminders by email and text, no refund has been made, nor have they acknowledged any of my messages or explained the delay. Resolution Sought An immediate refund. And/or an open apology plus the company going out of business so as not to defraud any more customers.

paid for ride to and from Los Angeles airport. Got ride to LAX they cancelled ride from LAX to home conf #19463 had to find ride home last min . Has not returned phone calls for refund There number is 714 975-8200. Resolution Sought Refund my money
