Ordered a part from them, didn't get what was advertised and their return policy was a joke.

Ordered a part from them, didn't get what was advertised and their return policy was a joke. Decided to deny the part, and send the driver back with it. The driver proceeded to use foul language in our lobby, and in front of our customers. I called the business at (310)830-8180 and i was immediately verbally attacked by a guy named phoenix claiming to be the manager, and i still tried explaining the problem, and he claimed that mike (the driver) was the owner of the company. And then proceeded to tell me that I should go complain personally and that he wishes i'd show up. In other words threatening to beat me up. Replace their whole staff, or go to customer service training.
