Madeline Akopyan a.k.a. Madlena Akopyan Legal Solutions & General Services, Inc.

First of all; this company's name is not 24 Hour Legal Support. It is Legal Solutions & General Services, Inc. Headed by a true scoundrel Madlena Akopyan aka Madeline Akopyan. The owner of Legal Solutions & General Services, Inc. She is a professional liar and writes bad checks. If you want to avoid headaches, monetary losses to your business or yourself and the stress of dealing with a dishonest company owner; STEER CLEAR of Madeline Akopyan and Legal Solutions & General Services, Inc. In Glendale California.

At first when she contacts you for services; she sounds very pleasant and nice and makes all kinds of promises but after you have provided her services; she starts to ignore your calls, emails and faxes. If you happen to somehow reach her; she acts like she is so busy and makes excuses blaming her staff which, by the way, changes every other week. I wonder why?

I am highly disappointed with Madeline Akopyan aka Madlena Akopyan and regret ever having provided her with services. Currently I am at loss of $3466.50 plus $48.00 in bank charges for returned checks, small claims fees to take her to court and the time taken away from my real work to try and reach her and listen to her sob stories. As I mentioned before, she will be very pleasant and nice at the beginning but BEWARE!

By the way; she never showed up in court, then filed a motion to vacate the judgment saying she was never served and when the date came for the judge to hear argument to support her motion to vacate the judgment; she called the court clerk saying she was at the wrong courthouse (in Ventura not Simi Valley Court where she should have been)and that her car broke down. The judge allowed me to call her Glendale office which is approximately 65 miles away from Ventura. She happened to pick up and suddenly hung up when I identified myself. The judge heard this and immediately denied her motion to vacate the judgment.

I've since forwarded the 2 NSF checks she has written me to the Ventura County District Attorney's Office for collection and am working on enforcing the judgment I obtained against her in small claims court for the remaining balance she owes me.
