The above company has placed a lien against title on a property we have the listing to, which I have tried for two days now to reach a representative to receive a copy of a release and termination of the agreement for sale, since property fell out of escrow. Property currently is in escrow with other buyer. We need termination of agreement which has expired and is cancelled, but this company objective is to hold up all and any future sales.
