Customer Complaint

12/27/2023

Wanted central AC, said they could do it, added on a new furnace, humidifier, CO2 alarm, and a new thermostat for a grand total of $18,500. Got $500.00 after they did their own electric work. Got $10,000.00 back and AC unit removed as agreed after they were unable to get central AC to work upstairs after months of back and forth. Found out they did not only remove the AC unit, but they took out the humidifier and the fans pushing air upstairs. Left with $8,000.00 left to pay and only a new furnace, CO2 alarm, and a thermostat to show after only wanting AC. Resolution Sought They have already issued a partial refund. Due to continued issues, I ask for a full refund.
