This company is a scam they showed up at our door after we had a garage fire saying that they are the top restore company that is recommended by all insurance company's because they are fair and only work for insurance proceeds. They said we would have no out of pocket and they would handle everything for us. The only thing they have done is came and stold all of our belongings with a company they use for clean up, cloud contents and are now withholding our property and any future work until we pay 24 restore 16,000 and the cloud company 16,000 as well. All they did was come and take are stuff never cleaned it never did anything else and they want our whole insurance check and then want to bill the actual work that needs to be done to us as an out of pocket bill of over 80,000. This place is a scam and they stold our stuff Resolution Sought Give us back our belongings. We offered to pay $1,400 total to both companies to get our stuff back and to cancel the contract and they refused.

Lack of communication and when they do communicate with me, they refuse to send an itemized receipt and repeatedly send me incorrect and outdated invoices. A lot of the work they were supposed to do in my house they did not do correctly or they never did at all. I was told that they would do specific things that they never documented they said, and now I am being charged with them. They installed the bathroom, shower and correctly not to mention it was the wrong size to be begin with. They scraped the drywall. They installed trim poorly and it's very crooked. None of the outlets are secured to the wall . They also turned off my hot water heater and it all of a sudden stopped working and now I had to put the bill for that as well, I could go on. Resolution Sought I need 24 restore to reimburse me for all of the work they said they were going to but never did or they did very poorly and I have to get it redone by an actual contractor. I need them to reimburse me for the water heater that they evidently broke.
