Approximately 4 1/2 months after the purchase, the car exhibited a persistent leak, prompting visits to two different repair shops. These inspections revealed multiple malfunctions, including those related to the engine, brakes, air conditioning, football module, high beam, chassis, junction box, and roof function. The situation escalated on November 23, 2023, when the car abruptly shut off at a busy intersection, endangering the lives of my grandkids and me. Despite extensive efforts, the car remained inoperable. Subsequent diagnostics at Furrin Auto Alley confirmed a catastrophic engine failure, with the need for a complete engine replacement at a staggering cost of $8000.Attempts to resolve this matter with 27 Auto Sales have been met with negligence and unresponsiveness. Despite contacting the dealership multiple times, promises to address the issue from their salesperson, Dwayne, have gone unfulfilled. Even escalating the matter to the owner has yielded no results, leaving me in a distressing situation of making payments on an undriveable car while incurring additional expenses for rental vehicles. This experience not only raises serious doubts about the integrity of 27 Resolution Sought I request that 27 Auto Sales addresses and rectifies the issues with the purchased 2014 BMW X3. This can be achieved either through comprehensive repairs to restore the car to its promised condition or, if deemed more practical, by replacing the entire vehicle.
