I bought a 2013 Chevy impala from them I traded my car in they was asking 6800 so I paid them my car and 3000. Cash. The car that I bought didn't even make it home . I tried to call and be nice to 27 auto sales . They talked to me terriable . I want this bussiness investigated cause I'm 80 years old and the took me for a ride . Resolution Sought Give my old car back and my 3000. Or fix my car that I bought

We traded our car on July 23. The car lot is supposed to send the payoff amount to the loan company. The pay off was added on to our new loan. This has been almost 40 days ago the car lot still hasn't sent the pay off in. They keep giving us the run around and the loan company the run around. I can't keep paying for a car I no longer have. I have to pay for my new car. My credit is going to get messed up. Please help! Resolution Sought For the car lot to send the pay off to the loan company. Like they agreed and it shows on my paper work!
