I ordered the item on January 22nd. I was promised that the item would be delivered the 26th to the 28th. I have never received the item. I contacted the company and all they could tell me is they are moving my order to the highest priority. I check the tracking daily and there has been no changes in the arrival of my item. It still shows it is in Canada. Resolution Sought I would like my item to be delivered with compensation or a refund .
