We were traveling to Tyler Texas for medical purposes and needed to stop to get Freon in our antifreeze for our car. They told us they needed to do a diagnostic first, which should've only been $40, but without consulting us they went on to do more diagnostic and didn't tell us the price until they were finished including fixing our air conditioner with this enormous price !!! Resolution Sought I would like for them to refund everything except the $40 for diagnostic and the repair of the air conditioner

Absolutely not. We found a slew of mechanical issues with this car and have a total quote to fix the issues of more than $5500. Our base diagnosis fee for all customers is $89.99. Not one time in the existence of this company has a diagnosis ever been $40. Not one time in the existence of this company has a job ever been performed without consent or approval from the customer. We understand that there are crappy people in the world that will always want something for nothing and will always try to rip people off and scam people anyway that they can. That’s why we keep very detailed records of all interactions.
