Customer Complaint

We took our truck to this mechanics shop for glow plug changes. Jay a mechanic employed by the shop broke a glow plug off by accident. We were told by the shop owner Nino that they would repair it. It was not able to be done because they lacked the tools and know-how. We were told to take it to a Diesel mechanic in town for an estimate and the estimate was given. Nino stopped contact with us and refused to return the mechanics calls for payment so the job could be completed. Nino refused to pay once he realized the amount of the bill and the repairs have not been completed. Resolution Sought All we have ever wanted is the truck repaired. Pay the mechanic the estimate and let us get our truck fixed.
