I bought a vehicle from this lot an had a warranty on vehicle broke down first day repairs exceed over 11000 Plus another 7 thousand no one is taking responsibility and giving me the run around, also sold me a vehicle with modifications on vehicle that legally can not sell truck like that already took a loss of 7000 in storage fees from Ford, and also payments on vehicle that hasn't moved in a year. Resolution Sought Faulty truck scam dealership has happens to militiamen others and has a lot of bad reviews that indicate scam need money back an truck go back to we're it came.

In response to your letter, no settlement is being offered, nor is one justified. For your records, I have enclosed a copy (provided to BCA for review) of the Bill of Sale where Kenneth C. Morris purchased the vehicle in question from 3 Brothers Auto Sales. In addition, I have enclosed a copy (provided to BCA for review) of the "As Is – Sold Without Warranty" certification for this transfer. Mr. Morris purchased the vehicle on December 17, 2022, and acknowledged that the Seller, 3 Brothers Auto Sale, did not provide him with a warranty. Also, a copy of the Buyer's Guide on this particular vehicle shows that it was sold "As Is – No Dealer Warranty". Mr. Morris signed this document as well on December 17, 2022. Based upon the foregoing, my recommendation to my clients, which they have accepted, is that we offer nothing to Mr. Morris. Mr. Morris has been posting false and defamatory statements about my client. Please advise him to immediately retract them, or we will proceed with our legal remedies.

You sold a truck with illegal attachments which was straight piped an had a bad head gasket which you knew this I had a warranty that was voided due to you illegally selling me there warranty which means you sold me a lemon and knowing that was the case you lied about everything first day I was there I told you the truck wasn’t right whole year havent had the chance to even drive it you knew what was going on no need to take peoples hard earned money when there looking for a work truck you sell a truck for double the price an 25000 in repairs with a warranty I purchased an got voided due to modifications we purchased from your junkyard don’t waste your time with all the legality that you clearly know nothing about just ripping people off I already have a set court date with the warranty company as well stating your should have never sold me the vehicle I’ll have posted paper work as well ty
