The location that covers the Inland Empire outsourced JC Installation to install 9 window blinds on August 8, 2023. About a month after they were installed, I noticed there was a black line on top of the window. My daughter got up on the ladder to look at it and told me it looks like paint or a scratch about 12 inches in length. That was not there prior to installation. Also, the valance was never installed. When I called the local office, the operator who answered told me to get up on a ladder and measure the window and take it to Home Depot to get an estimate to ask how much it would cost to fix the issue. I'm 85 years old, I cannot be climbing ladders and doing the work for 3 Day Blinds. I called them again and I was told again I should get that estimate from Home Depot. Why are you having me, as the customer do the work? I was told they tried to contact the installer, but he never responded. I need my issue handled immediately. Resolution Sought Install the missing valance.

We applied to finance whole house shutters. We were told they would come in 5 months. We then were told 3-4 weeks. Then told they never said that. We received a bill before we got the product. We have no idea if the shutters will be acceptable. Resolution Sought Discount us for the time it took. We were without blinds for awhile. Also it isn't common practice to get charged before you get the product.
